  • It depends on the product! For our off-the-shelf items, you can check the lead times on our website. We've got plenty of stock on hand to get them to you fast. For custom printing and packaging, lead times vary depending on the product and quantity.

  • Let's break it down. Gravure printing uses metal plates to create super-high-quality prints with vibrant colours and precise details.   • Once you have made payment and confirmed the final artwork, your custom order is normally shipped within 7-15 business days. Your tracking details will be emailed to you at the same time.
  • You can order free bag samples by contact us. We could provide the quality bag sample for free, but please kindly undertake the shipping cost.

  • Pricing depends on factors like box size, material, print complexity, additions like magnetic closures, drawers and folds and order quantity. Larger orders usually get better per-unit pricing.
  • Yes! We can produce almost every conceivable type of box; we can talk you through the different types available based on your product packaging requirements.
  • MOQs for box printing start at 500 units per unique design.
  • Lead times on custom-printed boxes vary based on the type of box and order quantity. Express options start from 4-6 weeks whereas standard delivery is approximately 10-12 weeks (inc. shipping) from when artwork is submitted. If you have a tight deadline, let us know, and we’ll see what’s possible!
  • Yes! We have a range of sustainable packaging options, including compostable (non-laminated) and recyclable.
  • We offer various materials such as matte, gloss, kraft paper and foil. We can produce these in different board weights. We can achieve almost any kind of exterior and help you choose the best option based on your product’s needs.
  • Of course! Custom printing is the best way to showcase your branding, just let us know your design requirements. Our Design Services team can also help you bring your vision to life.
  • Digital and offset printing allows for full-colour designs, or PMS colours, plus you can add special effects like gold foiling, holographic, UV spot-gloss vanishes as well as embossing and debossing.
  • Yes, samples can be done as part of the process when an order is placed time permitting. If you need a sample before deciding, that’s also possible. There is a small charge to do so. We offer samples of previous jobs so you can check the quality and feel of our packaging before committing to a full order.
  • You can. We can help you with an EVA (foam) insert to hold your products snugly, or a cardboard insert (which can be printed) if you are looking for a more sustainable option.
  • We do. These can sometimes be useful if you want to design a generic box with different outers. We can include these sleeves as part of your quote.
  • Of course! Whatever you’re packaging, we can recommend the best packaging style based on your needs.
  • No. We use roll materials, so there is nothing predetermined, meaning that you can use the Label Sizes & Shapes as a guideline to design within, but it’s also ok if it’s not exact.

    In other words, we'll print and cut your label or stickers as a standard Round, Square, Oval or Rectangle design, if that’s what you want and how you have set up your design, but if your design has some intentional irregular shape to it, well cut it to that shape, no problems!

    For example, your label might be a rectangle shape, but the top of your design has rounded edges and looks like a dome, that's fine, we'll cut it to that shape so long as your CUT layer is set up to cut out those edges; otherwise, we'll just print it and cut it as a rectangle.

    Some may call this a Die Cut Label... and yes, we can do it, it's one of the options you can choose.

  • When it comes to label and sticker printing, we print on a quality range of materials, types and finishes to make sure we can bring your brand to life.

    Standard-paper:With no plastic coating on these materials, they aren't 100% waterproof, but they are easy to write on, won't smudge, and have the added bonus of being kerbside recyclable.

    Premium-OPP/PET/PVC:The plastic coating on these materials makes them more durable and water resistant, though they have a higher shine than the paper option, meaning that they are not as easy to write on and prone to smudging.
